Down payment secures it
A down payment is required to secure your booking. No down payment means no confirmed appointment — and down payments are nonrefundable once submitted.
Check for open slots
One appointment per day. Please check the calendar or message us first to confirm your preferred date is still open.
Service time
Appointments take around 2–3 hours, depending on your design and the type of service.
3-day warranty
Warranty is valid for 3 days only, subject to proof and the reason for nail loss.
Clients only
Strictly for clients only — no companions allowed, so we can keep the space calm and focused.
Kindly be on time
10 minutes late: 15–25% additional fee. Over 30 minutes late: the booking will be cancelled.
